"Fantastic Tool!"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to use and great for improving ORM. Very user frendly. What do you dislike about Birdeye? New features can sometimes impact current setup and cause temporary issues. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are increasing our online ratings and our sites are able to respond to more reviews than before. We can send campaigns to measure client satisfaction.

"Customer Experience Specialist"

What do you like best about Birdeye? It's effortless to use. I just put in the customer infomation and click submit. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I can't think of any improvements. It's nice that customers who don't have email can have a review texted to them. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I think it's nice to receive feedback from customers and make the company look good for people who may search for reviews on us.

"Great Reputation Management Software for Multifamily"

What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to use. The dashboard platform is easy to navigate and use. The ability to review, generate and create customized surveys for our communities is a plus, too. I like that updates are instant on Google Business, where I can edit a review in real-time. Responsive support team, too. What do you dislike about Birdeye? What do you like best about Birdeye? I've gotten rapid responses for general questions and troubleshooting. Our phone carrier made a massive mistake and I was able to change our business phone number on all web listings in less than 48 hours. What do you like best about Birdeye? Our Account Manager Ryan always answers all the questions we have. We are in Australia but I don't feel the time difference. What do you dislike about Birdeye?
