What do you like best about Birdeye? The process of how easy it is to get reviews via text message. The portal is very user friendly as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The email deliverability can be a pain. It's not necessarily Birdeye's fault but it can be a pain. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of reviews. Plain and simple.
