What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is most helpful because it allows any potential client(s) to reach search your customer service online. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing that I can think of, everything has been great! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits include current and past reviews. New potential clients can view the start ratings along with the feedback comments that were written by actual clients.
