What do you like best about Birdeye? Easy to manage many users and run reports on the desktop version. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I would like to have more control over what users have access to within the app. I want a user that can simply send out and respond to reviews and not much more. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are building a good review base for our locations.

Birdeye is great! They provide a great platform for seeing all of our facilities' reviews in one place. They also provide regular reports which help keep our team on it's toes!

What do you like best about Birdeye? That it notifies my team and me anytime we receive a review, no matter the rating. We also like the chat section through google and additional platforms.
