Usually great software

Usually great software, but there are occassional needs to call tech support. Tech support is sometimes fantastic, but there are times when I've had to wait a day or two for a callback.

Everytime I experience a syncing issue or some other technical issue, their staff is always there to walk me through the problem to resolve it in a quick manner.

BILL's support is great

BILL's support is great. They are always able to assist with issues whether I have an issue or one of our vendors. The software is easy to use. Updates have been helpful. Things I didn't even know I needed are now available. The AI is not as helpful as it could be or I'd give them 5 Stars!

I am a freelancer and mainly use bill.com to send and keep track of all my invoices. I have used other invoice apps and bill.com has been my favorite. Love how it keeps everything organized to easily keep track of my invoices.

We love Bill.com

We love Bill.com. We have used it in house as well as for clients for years. We love the approval process as well as the document management system. 2 issues - One is there seems to be hiccups with the app. Sometimes a bill has to be paid online instead of using the app because there is an unknown error. Also, I wish there was an easy way to change from the card payment option to direct deposit for a vendor. Once the card option is selected you cannot go in to the vendor payment options ...

Not great but best I have found

Overall, I haven't found anything better than bill.com for our AP and AR (and boy have I looked). It does what we need but receiving payments and the sync with QB needs some work. Also some of the defaults are frustrating - like when they try and force you to use virtual card payments.
