Pros & Cons
Pros: I like how I can import bills and pay in bulk. It saves me a lot of manual time each week paying invoices and vendors! The software itself is great, and it integrates well with our Quickbooks. Makes uploading, approving, and paying vendors much more streamlined. Cons: Customer service isn't the greatest. If I or one of our vendors needs something, it sometimes takes talking to a couple of different people to resolve the issue. They have made some improvements to their customer ...

BILL.com has been a great tool for my clients. There are a few features that need some improvement, but overall it works really well.

Customer service has been excellent
Customer service has been excellent. One area for improvement is with voided payments. Even when "return funds to my account" is selected and notes are provided as to why the payment is to be voided and NOT reissued, the voided payment repopulates the BILLs to be paid section. More clarity and customization on the treatment of voided payments would be helpful.

Their customer service could use a bit of improvement but they are a decent third-party accounting software/company. Would recommend for midsize companies.

Bill is great! I love the ease of use and simplicity. It has really helped our business streamline invoicing and payment via accounts receivable and accounts payable. I absolutely love the product. Would recommend it to any business small or large!

The bill.com site is easy to navigate
The bill.com site is easy to navigate. Paying bills takes only a handful of steps. The ability to upload additional invoices is extremely helpful.
