Customer service has been excellent
Customer service has been excellent. One area for improvement is with voided payments. Even when "return funds to my account" is selected and notes are provided as to why the payment is to be voided and NOT reissued, the voided payment repopulates the BILLs to be paid section. More clarity and customization on the treatment of voided payments would be helpful.

Their customer service could use a bit of improvement but they are a decent third-party accounting software/company. Would recommend for midsize companies.

A/P made easier
It's given us an approval workflow for our A/P process, an audit trail, visibility and an easy way to send payments. I've been a Bill.com user for over 10 years and it's only gotten better over the years.

User friendly and flexible
I use Bill almost every day for multiple clients for years now, and integrate with QuickBooks (Online and Desktop versions). I have found it to be user friendly and flexible, but we only use it for AP and I don't care for Divvy. I like that Bill improves the layout, UI and processing. Definitely makes our payables a breeze, we have lots of approvals, I love that paper copies, paper filing, paper checks are no longer used in our organizations.
