Support is lacking
Chat support lacks the knowledge to be of any help most of the time. Very slow to get the support that we need.

Old dashboard easier to navigate
I find the new (relevantly speaking) dashboard cumbersome and somewhat confusing when attaching pages from the inbox to created bills.

Bill.com used to be great but with every new update, things that did work well have gotten comprimised. I am no longer able to print the reports the way I used to and the biggest problem is, now I can no longer use two screens to enter bills. This one issue alone has greatly increased the time it takes me to perform tasks. I have been to support (which is very unsupportive) and have been informed that this is the way it will continue to be going forward. There are many other smaller issues ...

This app helps keeps me up to date…
This app helps keep me informed about payments coming in from my nonprofit and it is very very easy to use it's also where my 1099 to locate it so everything is in one place I highly recommend this app
