Bill.com is easy
Bill.com is an easy way to manage our accounts payable, as both a company and as a user seeking reimbursement. Deposits are made smoothly and confirmations are very clear to set good expectations for reimbursement dates.

No help, No customer services.
No way to get help easily for questions and troubleshooting. Customer service is lacking. Your system is nice but when we have questions and need help there is no easy way to speak with anyone.

Good interface, but poor service
Their program is good, but their USD/GBP exchange rates are very poor. They also need to make it MUCH easier to speak to someone when you have a problem.

Bill.com is great
Bill.com is great, but still have problems with the integration with NetSuite. Certain changes made in NS does not transfer over to Bill.com.

Easy to use but need more support options.
The program is easy to use and has made it easy for us to keep staffing at a minimum. Support has been good. The most challenging regarding support is that it is either by chat or email which sometime works and sometimes doesn't I feel time is waisted with back of forth messages when a call might resolve the issue much faster. I wish a call was one of the primary options for support.
