Made my life much easier

Maybe I'm impressed with Bill because I used to track all of our bills on a spreadsheet. This is miles better than what I was doing before. Bills are easy. Reporting is easy. Our vendors are notified when payment is coming. It's great! We don't use it to track our sales and invoicing yet, but I bet that would be pretty smooth as well.

Overall the product is good

Overall the product is good, however the customer support could be a bit better. I recently had a vendor switch bank accounts and getting payment to the new account was very difficult. I've spent several hours on the issue and finally had to create a new vendor profile with the new information to get around all of the hoops that bill makes you go through. Again, overall a good product, but this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Great Experience

Bill is simple to use and user-friendly. I use it for sending invoices for contract work. It gives plenty of options to do what you want. The guest payment for invoices has potential as well. I do wish there were some tutorials easily available for setting up the feature and how it will look to clients. I would like to know how it will look to clients before they use it

Too much upsell

Overall a fairly good product, but way, way too much upsell. Distracting to us. Our vendors complain. New features don't always work properly. More time should be spent working out the bugs before introducing.

I love not having to go to the bank to cash a check. This service is so convenient.

BIll.com has been a great tool

BIll.com has been a great tool for our team to complete payments and keep track of what we have outstanding. The integration into QuickBooks is also a great feature.

I needed to add a paycheck to Payroll History…

I needed to add a paycheck in Payroll History. I looked to the community and did not have access like it stated, so I put a callback in. The associate was very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing, never a hiccup in completing what I needed. That said, I won't know the end result until they download what we did. However, the experience was very positive!
