BIll.com has been a great tool
BIll.com has been a great tool for our team to complete payments and keep track of what we have outstanding. The integration into QuickBooks is also a great feature.

Use of the app is great
Use of the app is great. Ease of use is fantastic. The one and only downside is the date listed for payment once the invoice shows as paid is not accurate to when the money hits the employees bank account.

Overall the product is good
Overall the product is good, however the customer support could be a bit better. I recently had a vendor switch bank accounts and getting payment to the new account was very difficult. I've spent several hours on the issue and finally had to create a new vendor profile with the new information to get around all of the hoops that bill makes you go through. Again, overall a good product, but this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Ease of use for creating invoices and…
Ease of use for creating invoices and intuitive structure. Only critique is the new system is confusing where I'm supposed to log in as a former user now that there are different types of accounts - accounts payable and receivable and more expense centered accounts.

Works well - missing QB attachment sync
Works well, but missing some key features like bi-directional sync between QB of attachments.
