Approvals and QBO integration are top notch
Bill.com makes approvals for my clients seamless. It also allows vendors to securely enter their banking so my firm doesn't have the liability of their data. It works great with QBO.

Easy to use and set up. Separation of duties is incredibly easy. Great software!
Bill.com has been incredibly helpful in getting our payables out with no fuss. We were able to set users who can enter, approve, and pay bills. It's one of the easiest pieces of finance software I've ever used. Integration with QuickBooks and NetSuite were painless as well.

Made my life much easier
Maybe I'm impressed with Bill because I used to track all of our bills on a spreadsheet. This is miles better than what I was doing before. Bills are easy. Reporting is easy. Our vendors are notified when payment is coming. It's great! We don't use it to track our sales and invoicing yet, but I bet that would be pretty smooth as well.

Overall the product is good
Overall the product is good, however the customer support could be a bit better. I recently had a vendor switch bank accounts and getting payment to the new account was very difficult. I've spent several hours on the issue and finally had to create a new vendor profile with the new information to get around all of the hoops that bill makes you go through. Again, overall a good product, but this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
