What do you like best about BigTime? Easy to customize and get help - amazing support and integration. When I reach out to BigTime for support, real, live representatives are consistently able to communicate with me in a prompt manner -- ensuring the customization of my experiences and the successful resolution of my problems. When I was unable to find information on my own regarding our Business's BigTime Plan level, Josh M quickly found the information and was able to assist me in no time.

"Easy use of Bigtime"
What do you like best? Staff can easily access and track time anywhere. Anytime I have an issue support team is very responsive and helpful. Synchs well with Quickbooks.

What do you like best about BigTime? Customer support was helpful and very responsive! I didn't have to wait very long and it is so helpful to get immediate answers and talk me through the pages to get a solution. Kwame really listened to my problem.

"BigTime Support and Reports"
What do you like best about BigTime? I was very pleased with a recent experience using BigTime realtime chat support. The agent was able to diagnose the problem I was having (which was not something wrong in BigTime, but user error) and explain how I could fix the issue. He was very professional, courteous, and quick. I have also been amazed at the variety of reporting options that BigTime offers.
