When I reach out to BigTime for support, real, live representatives are consistently able to communicate with me in a prompt manner -- ensuring the customization of my experiences and the successful resolution of my problems. When I was unable to find information on my own regarding our Business's BigTime Plan level, Josh M quickly found the information and was able to assist me in no time.

What do you like best? Customer support was helpful and very responsive! I didn't have to wait very long and it is so helpful to get immediate answers and talk me through the pages to get a solution. Kwame really listened to my problem.

What do you like best? I was very pleased with a recent experience using BigTime realtime chat support. The agent was able to diagnose the problem I was having (which was not something wrong in BigTime, but user error) and explain how I could fix the issue. He was very professional, courteous, and quick. I have also been amazed at the variety of reporting options that BigTime offers.
