What do you like best? I was very pleased with a recent experience using BigTime realtime chat support. The agent was able to diagnose the problem I was having (which was not something wrong in BigTime, but user error) and explain how I could fix the issue. He was very professional, courteous, and quick. I have also been amazed at the variety of reporting options that BigTime offers.

What do you like best about BigTime? I like to be able to have time and expense reporting all in one area. Our staffers have ease in entering time and expenses. I can run invoices easily and sync with QB easily.
