"Effortless syncing with Intuit products"

What do you like best? We use Big Time as our time keeping program. We process our client invoices & sync them with our QuickBooks. We also sync to Lacerte tax program. Both processes work extremely well & keep our billing on point. Support is outstanding! Any problem we've ever experienced has been resolved in a day & usually within minutes. The mobile companion app is also very handy to have if you're experiencing PC issues or have out of the office client visits.

"Excellent customer service"

What do you like best? The onboarding and customer service support has been excellent. Our primary contact (Brannon Hollingsworth) has been extremely helpful getting us onboard and trained up on the product.

What do you like best about BigTime? The interface is attractive and easy to use. The timer tool is very handy, especially for forgetful people who may not remember precisely when they began a task. I appreciate how easy it is to enter time.

What do you like best? From the perspective of a person who uses BT for billable hours and such, it is very easy to use. I also set up projects from our client contracts and that is also a simple process. We were able to set up fields that were relevant to our services so it is tailored to us. I personally don't use BT for all of the services available but the ones I do use work well for me.
