"Time tracking at its finest"
What do you like best about BigTime? It is easy to learn, quick to change, and adaptable to many work circumstances. Lots of options for training and learning more, the team seems very knowledgeable and ready and happy to help! We went through a training session with Brandon and it was really helpful to see someone walk through the various features and options.

"It is very easy to navigate and utilize."
What do you like best about BigTime? The layout is user friendly. Additionally, it is very difficult to not be able to find what you're looking for. They give you all the resources that you need to navigate and locate what you need out of the website. If you are having difficulties they provide support where you can directly request help from a person from the chat bubble on your screen.

What do you like best about BigTime? The simple and easy to use format makes entering and tracking time easy. It even tracks your total at the bottom and calculates how much you have left to enter. Brannon Hollingsworth answered any questions I had and was very helpful.

What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime appears to be very user friendly. I'm excited to have an easier time when entering project details and tracking time. I was able to use the system successfully before formal training which makes it a very user friendly system. Also, BigTime stystem is very organized and clean.

What do you like best about BigTime? We use Big Time as our time keeping program. We process our client invoices & sync them with our QuickBooks. We also sync to Lacerte tax program. Both processes work extremely well & keep our billing on point. Support is outstanding! Any problem we've ever experienced has been resolved in a day & usually within minutes. The mobile companion app is also very handy to have if you're experiencing PC issues or have out of the office client visits.
