What do you like best about BigTime? The software seems to have thought of every situation that could come up in the course of our business. There are many good software options but the customer service and support is what makes it feel like there is a real partnership between our company and Big Time. We know that they are committed to our success. All of our questions are answered promptly.

Easy to Setup and Use
I really like Bigtime. It's easy to use, report or extract data for more analysis. It's quick and easy to setup new projects to keep my customers organized and create the invoices. I use both the web and mobile apps.

What do you like best? Clean, crisp graphics that make for easy comprehension, and excellent invoicing features. In particular, BigTime's handling of reimbursables is impressive. We just enter/upload expenses as they are paid, and code them to a particular project. When it's time for monthly invoicing, the expenses automatically appear on the client's invoice.
