What do you like best about BigTime? We are just getting our site set-up, and everyone (from the initial rep to our dedicated agent) has been courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have asked many questions, and if the answer to our question is not known, whoever is helping us takes the time to actually research and come back with a complete answer. The ability to chat with a Big Time tech support person in real time has been wonderful.
