"Positive Experience So Far"
What do you like best about BigTime? BigTime is very intuitive to use and visually appealing. It's my first time using software of this type and the learning curve has been pretty easy. Since I'm still learning, I have a feeling there are several features we could be taking advantage of but are not yet.

What do you like best about BigTime? Time utilization tracking and simplicity of interface. Ty Sank was my account manager, and he is extremely helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to help customize my invoice template to the exact layout I needed, even before we signed on the line. He did not use a cookie-cutter sales pitch with me, and I appreciated dealing with a real human being who was able to deliver a quality product for our specialized needs!

What do you like best about BigTime? It's easy to define tasks/projects and assign it to team members. Also, at the same invoicing and reporting can be done.

What do you like best? Our firm started using Big Time in 2020. The software is easy to use, reporting functionality is wonderful, ability to navigate and approve time is simple and quick. If you need corrections made you simply choose reject and explain what is wrong so staff can correct and re-submit.
