What do you like best about BigTime? I like the reporting capabilities. You can really customize the templates to fit your reporting and invoicing needs. Jeff Pollina helped us convert from our old system to our new system.

Ben Kinsel is amazing. His ability to train 3 system administrators was excellent. BigTime is going to be our next step into the future of our industry. What do you like best about BigTime? The website is easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I like that all of my time sheets, expenses, billing and invoicing can be done all in one app. I never have long wait times for customer/user support, when I am helped, they are always friendly and strive to resolve the issue/issues the first time, instead of multiple contacts.
