What do you like best about BigTime? Our company is new to Big Time and it has been quite overwhelming. The customer service, while in a different time zone, has been fabulous and very helpful. Every service request has been met with a friendly helpful individual replying.

What do you like best about BigTime? It reduced the manual tracking of projects and expenses, all tracking can be done automatically through this. Like it allows you to track the money expense in your company. No need to track using spread sheets and excells. It can generate reports quickly and accurately. And can be easily Integrated with QuickBooks. Its basically known for time information management. And for generating invoices and bills. Reduced manual inputs very well.

Review of Big Time.
Honestly good software, i liked that it provides us custom invoicing, time reporting and the ability to customise. What i disliked about the software is that the app is really glitchy and it needs to be improved.

What do you like best about BigTime? Flexibility - with knowledge of how the system works, it can be remarkably flexible. The reporting features are great and would probably exceed most organizations' requirements.

Simplest and friendliest time-entry tool
Simplest and friendliest time-entry tool I have ever used. We used it for time and expense reporting for our employees who work in various sites. Invoicing has greatly aided our billing system. Pros The customization and the ability to track everything you want for project management, profitability and invoicing. User support is immense. Cons I would really want that more fields were customizable. Also the mobile app has some glitches and is a bit on the slower side
