What do you like best about BigTime? Bigtime fits our firm perfectly - it is a very robust time, expense, and project management system with various out-of-the-box integrations that we have found helpful. They are constantly adding new features while taking client needs into account.

Time Tracking Made Easy
I've used BigTime Software for a little over a year, and it has been a great experience. The software is very user friendly and easy to learn. The customer service is excellent--they are always quick to respond to any questions or issues I have. Overall, I have been very pleased with BigTime Software.

BigTime made our lives easier
BigTime made our employees like much easier by changing the way record their time and invoicing our clients. We started using BigTime because we needed deeper control for our time entries and fee tracking. The reports generated were easy to understand, and Custom reports are a great feature to produce different reports to various departments.

What do you like best about BigTime? Very convenient for staff both in and outside the office. No VPN is needed; they can log in by phone, via the app, or from the office computers. I love the downloads to XLS files so I can manipulate the data for quick analysis and entry into other reports. Terrific support from the start - kudos to Derek Kinney and Harry Sullivan. Knowledgebase is a great go-to for quick questions!

What do you like best about BigTime? The WIP screen is very intuitive and assists with invoicing projects. The reports are all customizable and can be exported. The security features are very easy to use. Employees can log time and expenses relatively easy.

What do you like best about BigTime? Per my Title we like the possibilities. we use the Engagements / Tasks for workflow management Invoicing and QB and Lacerte integrations so although we are not using Bigtime to its potential, its great to know if we want to build something custom, likely Bigtime supports it. Your IT has always been super helpful
