Great platform!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Big Time's time tracking platform and reporting features have been a huge upgrade over our previous solutions. Jeff Pollina has been an excellent partner in bringing our firm live and is very responsive when needed.

Suite of cloud-based professional services management software
My time is mostly spent on payroll and timesheets so I'm always using it as the timesheets have all the required field types and may be structured in any way that users want. Users may construct daily and weekly timesheet views, add, rename, or delete fields, automatically round time inputs, and lock finished timesheet periods.

What do you like best about BigTime? We are an architectural landscape design business, and the thing I appreciate most about Big Time is that you can see where you are on a project at any given time. It has taken me a while to figure out how to use the system because I do not do well with webinars and online learning, but the support team has been outstanding in helping me through this.

What do you like best about BigTime? The best part of our job is by quickly sending custom invoices by the end of the month. Assigning right people to the right jobs at the right time without working over/under scheduling.

Initial Review of Big Time
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system has a very clean look and is very user friendly. Many fields can be customized to fit company needs. Reporting functions seem easy and can be customized. Mobile app ability for android and apple users. Various other functions to help with AR and company's budgeting needs.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Easy to use, mobile app is great for receipts. Allows for good reporting. Weekly training sessions are helpful, especially reporting session from Ben. Tracking of individual projects is nice.
