"Decent CRM for small business"

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Pre-defined templates for each business type. Ours is an educational organization, and it seems very easy to implement. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? We're downgrading from Zoho CRM Plus; hence, some features are missing. The email parser doesn't actually pick up attributes from email. What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us use the CRM features at a cost-effective price.

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Very easy to set up. Fantastic bit of software that allows me as a small business to track everything thats happening on all of my sites. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Not much i don't like about it however the one concern is project management. Being able to track costs. It was really refreshing to find a simplified version but with still great features and a price that matches. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM?
