What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? I had always been a big fan of (then) 37Signals' Highrise CRM and had never found anything that quite matched up. A simple CRM for small businesses that just helps collaboration between a few people. What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Its simplicity, its ease of use, its clean UI, but oh so complete for companies whom have choosen to take the first steps into decent CRM, over spreadsheets. The mobile version is an absolute cracker, fully adapted to use the iOS capibilities (!!) A must-have for sales-persons on the road. Nice, neat and highly customisable.
