What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? The ease of usage, the mobile version of the product. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Actually nothing, just that adding a customer and their requests separately is a task in my line of businesses. What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? My sales and CX team uses Bigin and keeps track of their progress wrt all customers! My manager also uses it to take updates and reviews.
