What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? I really REALLY wanted to like Bigin by Zoho. It's minimal but packed with useful features for a reasonable cost, making it a perfect choice for startups and solopreneurs. I'm a solopreneur and I have an affinity for lean, effective tools. What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Just enough features to be very useful. You never have to worry about how to use what or when. Highly intuitive and by default useful. Simplicity is king and will rule the day in the CRM space and I believe Bigin nailed it. At a fraction of the price of Insightly, it has workflow automation and custom fields even at the free level.
