What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? The product is Super user-friendly and inexpensive. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Does not have a dialer. But, for a free version, I would not necessarily expect it to. What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Looking to collect lead sources, create automated campaigns with tasks, and integrate with our phone system.
