What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? It's clean and simple to use. Instead of stuffing with a bunch of different features, they have only included ones that are super crucial and laid it out in a very intuitive way. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? "Strong starter CRM for early businesses"
What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Easy to use platform with all the key functionalities of a CRM that an early business needs. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? I was not able to remove stages that I created manually; I had to reach out to customer support and create a ticket in order to get these stages removed. What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Single source of truth for all customer data.

What do you like best about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Web Forms very easy to make and integrate, and Pipeline workflow. What do you dislike about Bigin by Zoho CRM? Price model. I think it is not enough affordable for African SMEs. What problems is Bigin by Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily track sales performances and keep an eye on what remains to be done.
