Extremely happy customer who transitioned from Prostores

Transitioning to Bigcommerce has been an eye opening experience and we can truly see what we were missing with Prostores. We were a charter Prostores user (i.e. since the era of Kurant Store-Sense and we were loyal to Prostores. However, we can now see how much better Bigcommerce is in comparison. Covers a lot of ground

I just started setting up a store to go with our blog, and was able to get it basically ready to go over a weekend. There's still more to do, there are tons of features and we're still learning about SEO, but I like how much control I have over the different parts of the site.Now if I could only get them to take my product photos for me, I'd be set.

SEO, Easy to Use, Easy for Customers.

Brand new to e-commerce, we obviously chose the right platform to start out on. Within 3 months we took the top spot on Google for all of our major products. This was with so little work in writing content, too! We just took photos with a cell phone, wrote out own descriptions that were a few sentences long and the customers started pouring in. Easy to use - up and running in days.

Our previous site was using WP eCommerce - and the ease of adding products and changing settings is night and day. Setting up the initial settings took a few days, but modifying the built-in themes was very similar to WordPress, so we caught on quickly. ;Only wish that I'd heard of them sooner!

An easy to use platform that boosted my sales with minimal effort!

I've used several other Ecommerce Platforms and have settled with Bigcommerce. They are constantly making my store better with more integration, options and ease of use. We went from just a few sales a quarter to two times that just because their SEO is built-in and THAT good.
