Erm I did, there are no more fields to fill in! They STEAL money out your account!!!

Customer service doesn’t help your issue. And they STEAL money out our account. If you need to cancel do it before the monthly days end or you won’t be able to get a refund. I didn’t cancel 1 DAY later after I realized my 30 days was up and they didn’t want to give me a refund. Had to pay 30 days of service for something I did not use. I don’t even see an option to take my card off.

Buyer Beware

BigCommerce is a high pressure sales organization that is focused solely on getting their customers to sign on to long term contracts. They have little to no regard for your business needs or objectives; and once that dotted line is signed, you can say goodbye to customer service. Worst customer service had an issue…

Worst customer service from their support had an issue with being charged twice for my store spoke to will he won’t let me finish with my complains kept interrupting me so I insisted on speaking with a supervisor spoke with Joseph worse as he did the same thing I had to tell him he was worse than will as he won’t let me talk his tune was so harsh and I think that’s so rude especially as a supervisor. Won’t recommend this platform for anyone seeking customer service.
