What do you like best? bigcommerce is great. allows me to focus on my business and is very simple to integrate with several other platforms. It is also very user-friendly. Great for Online Stores

What do you like best? I think the best part about BigCommerce is the ability to customize the behind-the-scenes dashboard for different employees. This makes it easier for the employees to keep to the parts that they deal with, without getting lost in the other parts. What do you dislike? I don't like the theme customizer. What do you like best? Good, stable ecommerce platform that has a variety of plans to fit a variety of size businesses. Their recent upgrade greatly improved the user interface. Awful Service

After closing a bigcommerce store (I am a partner all support disappeared. Email forms have recently vanished off the website, no-one answers the phone, all email to billing AT bigcommerce.com bounces back, not possible to log into the community. Support emails just respond "we have forwarded this to billing!". 2 months of payments have been made incorrectly. No commission paid to me. What on earth is going on, are BigCOmmerce going under?! Cancel my subscription and pay me what you owe!

Ok for small business, but terrible customer service

I contacted them several weeks before our account was due for renewal. Explained i'd like to discuss payment options and move to a monthly payment rather than yearly. They said someone from the billing team would be in touch with me.1 week later no reply. Contacted again, same response. We have found that regardless of our skill levels or technical know-how we have been able to create good customer-friendly web pages in a timely manner. What do you like best? 24/7 support with American technicians - support is NOT outsourced to India, Pakistan, etc. Wait times for support are short.
