Worst eccommerce platform, no support for big resellers or business in Europe who want to accept payments

Worst eccommerce platform I ever used. Too bad I didn't look up their rating and reviews before upgrading. They don't provide support for businesses in Europe and don't let them accept payments unless they provide an agreement with every brand of the products that a business offers on their website. As this is not required in EU these product partners do not provide such thing so we cannot accept payments. Moreover, their most important features (payments, cart, check-out, etc totally fail. ...

What do you like best? I Like that software it's because I like to customize my site, manage shipping and payments, and list my products with no problems. Increase sales which is really good. What do you like best? User Interface, ease of use, clear reports, integrated shipping and updates, accessibility of apps, pricing model. What do you dislike? Does not have an integrated Affiliate Marketing platform like 3D Cart does. Affiliate marketing is so popular these days it's not conducive to leave this feature out. Complete joke of a company!

Complete joke of a company!Have had to not only cancel my account but have also had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from continuing to charge it. They keep sending bills, they never respond to emails that I have sent to multiple email addresses. The call center in Australia is always unavailable and they are just a massive rip off!

What do you like best? BC has allowed us to bring our products to the online market for a very reasonable fee. We can add new products easily uploading photos and descriptions. BC also has tons of apps that help with marketing and sales. What do you dislike? One thing that makes me crazy is the need to change our password every 90 days.
