A relatively easy to use platform with advanced capabilities
What do you like best? Makes managing a store as a single person much simpler. Quite easy to set up a store and to manage it. We have the ability to edit templates. It gives us lots of flexibility, resources and power to design how our online store looks and works. Easy to implement and train people without much computer skills or daily management. Mature platform with room for improvement
What do you like best? We migrated from Shopify to Bigcommerce, due to its expansive feature set, such as B2B features, advanced discounting, with cart-level discounts, as well as the more powerful advanced analytics. Terrible and unethical company and this is why
First off, I wasn’t going to do this, but they are harassing me with emails from their billing department and this has been the fifth email I have sent them back, when they send me two bills that they wanted me to pay which I am not good for. It doesn’t end there, when I log into my account to get a suppr T pin, so I can explain my case, I am completely locked out of my account and with no possible way of contacting them. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There is a great variety of templates to make your website attractive, and you can even customize them to make it feel personal. Very easy to use with clean layout options
What do you like best? I like how simple it is to build a website that sells products. The checkout page doesn't re-connect them to a different website, it is just on the website which keeps our customers engaged in the products. I also like how quickly our website loads. Great Shopping Cart, Moving in the right direction
What do you like best? It's secure and offers a lot of standard features out of the box. Their chat support is great (I have never used their phone support, and they offer a large number of plugin/integrations. What do you dislike? API support isn't great, they often don't reply at all. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? BigCommerce is backed by a proper IT company, not just a wanna be experts who promise technical support, but deliver nothing.
