Terrible and unethical company and this is why

First off, I wasn’t going to do this, but they are harassing me with emails from their billing department and this has been the fifth email I have sent them back, when they send me two bills that they wanted me to pay which I am not good for. It doesn’t end there, when I log into my account to get a suppr T pin, so I can explain my case, I am completely locked out of my account and with no possible way of contacting them. What do you like best? It's secure and offers a lot of standard features out of the box. Their chat support is great (I have never used their phone support, and they offer a large number of plugin/integrations. What do you dislike? API support isn't great, they often don't reply at all.
