Mostly user friendly could use some improvements to help with efficiency

What do you like best? I like that you can bulk edit and also finally delete old products off your site. I like the drag and drop feature when adding product pictures. The ability to search by name, phone number, email, or order number really helps when you don't know all the information for a customer. Excellent platform that is much more robust than its competitors

What do you like best? As the title implies we love big commerce. Out of the box it is so much more feature rich than some of its competitors, its direct competitor being Shopify which is paltry in comparison to the big c without plugins out of the box. What do you like best? A pretty good store

What do you like best? I like the draft order feature. I can create shopping carts for customers and send them a link. It’s especially useful for getting customers to order via chat. What do you dislike? Draft orders do not support custom shipping amounts. If I want to add a shipping charge then I have to add it as an “item” and then edit the order once it has processed to remove the item and add shipping. Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I'm experiencing a store-breaking bug that's preventing me from making any changes to my store theme. Contacted support and was initially something they didn't even want to discuss as it involved custom themes. I eventually managed to explain that although I was running a custom theme, this bug COULD NOT be caused by it. 3 years ago I would have give…

3 years ago I would have give BigCommerce a ZERO. Their development was terrible, buggy, and not solving any issues. However they have really turned things around and I believe they have a great platform. There are still a lot of reasons I stick with BigCommerce instead of jumping to Shopify. There are pros and cons of each, but for my business BigCommerce has a few key features out of the box that Shopify doesn't have, even as an add-on.
