Horrible. I should have never switched from 3dCart.Big Commerce high pressure sales promised the world, Cost 6 times what I was paying with 3dCart. Import / Export functionality is the worst. Other than SKU# and price nothing else can be changed using export function. Have 13,000 sku's on my site...ALL MUST BE CHANGES MANUALLY !!! Reports are a joke.Tax reports with 3dCart... Fast, easy to setup with advanced customization.

What do you like best? What I like best is the ability to integrate apps easily such as Shipstation, which makes paying for labels, and printing, easier. Wish there was an option for worst service provider. Can not imagine that there is this kind of support team that’s can’t understand the priority all they would ask you is to go for a upgrade or it’s not gonna work.
