Very user friendly

What do you like best? I like the preset themes that are easily customized. There are lots of options and anyone should be able to find one that suites their needs. Anyone can customize one of the preset websites. What do you dislike? Image upload speed is a little slow. Also when deleting an image it takes far too long for such a simple task. I never feel like I’m alone in this…

I never feel like I’m alone in this e-commerce industry which can be very challenging. The BC team is easy to reach out to, and they are so smart!! The platform itself is easy to use, and it makes my online store standout with a beautiful and professional look.

Excellent platform

Excellent platform. All aspects have worked as advertised. One of the better configuration tools. Data is easy to get in and out. Nice little free analytics service built in.

I am a small business...

I am a small business - brick and mortar - and about a year ago decided to move into e-commerce as well. I chose Big Commerce after much research. I use Square in my b&m and everything I found said BC would run my front end and the back end seamlessly keeping track of inventory, etc. Huge Fail.Every single time something is sold in my b&m, BC takes TWO out of inventory. Currently working on our new store right now w/ Webflow (Website & Ecom in one.- BigComm's prices have skyrocketed! - Their once excellent service has SERIOUSLY declined.- SEO benefits - Don't make me laugh!- SSL? What do you like best? Very full functioned, has tons of options. Of all the platforms I have used it has the best variety of options. What do you dislike? The price overwhelmingly was the part that turned me off. Lots of value to be sure, but maybe not the best option for a store that hasn't been established for a bit. What do you like best? There are many sharp and professional store templates for us to choose from that allow for a great deal of custom layout and design options. Big Commerce doesn't care about their…

Big Commerce doesn't care about their customers. Any time you call with an issue, like the fact that they were suppose to downgrade your account from $199.95 to $79.95 a month but didn't, they treat you horribly and don't take care of the issue of refunding you. Stick with Shopify, I have stores at both, Shopify cares about making it right with their customers.
