Although it comes with many good things, but the fact that it is expensive, lack of theme, and can't even handle Australian GST after logging a case with them for a few months just puts me off. Thinking of switching to another platform soon.

Horrible experience with customer…
Horrible experience with customer service. They have had issues syncing with my POS system and it’s causing me to lose sales. When I call in every time I’m told- I’m not authorized to assist with that. Wel- lets get someone on the line that can! Going round and round for 2 weeks with NO resolve.

Google adwords issue
Google adwords shows that there is malware on our bigcommerce site and bigsommerce cannot help or figure out what the deal is. So $200 a month for two years and we can’t even list our products on google ads and probably losing a ton of sales. My competition uses bigcommerce and they are all on google ads,and we didn’t do anything extra or out of the ordinary to our site so why is tgis so complicated?

Big Commerce as always been helpful to…
Big Commerce as always been helpful to help set up store and for support. The monthly town halls are great and very informative. You can see they are always on the leading edge of e-comm technology.

The biggest problem with Big Commerce…
The biggest problem with Big Commerce (BC is that the company seems to have outgrown their Tech Support capabilities. The second biggest problem with BC is their Analytics (or lack of them. BC seems to be more interested in making things "pretty" than in making them "functional" and business friendly. In addition, where BC used to be very responsive to client needs, they now seem to ignore or dismiss them or use a platitude like our engineers are looking into it. Months later - same ...
