Very user friendly
What do you like best? I like the preset themes that are easily customized. There are lots of options and anyone should be able to find one that suites their needs. Anyone can customize one of the preset websites. What do you dislike? Image upload speed is a little slow. Also when deleting an image it takes far too long for such a simple task. And no, it's not my computer. Also, there are occasional internal issues with the Big Commerce platform. Sometimes I cannot login or the system ...

Royal Mail Integration is flawed
Royal Mail Integration is flawed. As far as I can tell it has been for a while. You can't get accurate shipping prices, e.g. for large letter. Have asked them many times to fix, with no response other than they know about it and might fix it one day.

Pretty good system overall, but they don't really care about the small people.
So far, one of the best experiences in terms of payment fees (aka: none, just a monthly fee, based on revenue for startups. Cheaper in fees than some other platforms, but the extensions leave a bit to be desired and can add up to be a lot more than going with a competitor. Almost perfect (but not quite)
BigCommerce is almost perfect, but not quite. There are a few things they could improve on to get my 5 stars. Most are just little tweaks to make the seller's life easier. The loading speed is great, but the first byte is a problem. The SEO is much better than Shopify, but they haven't implemented a guiding character count next to the SEO Title and Description. 3rd party apps are helpful, but integrations are sometimes a little choppy.All in all, I am happy with Bigcommerce

Bigcommerce is an impressive Cart and…
Bigcommerce is an impressive Cart and CMS system. It plays nice with designers and developers allowing almost total control of the design and feel of ones ecommerce website. It's simple to use and has one of the best uptime track records. Only improvement would be improving email design and develop capabilities, otherwise this would be 5 stars.
