BC is most excellent!!
BC has the most excellent customer service I have found anywhere! They are available 24/7 and on holidays. Plus they know the answers to your questions. If they don't know they find out and get back to you very quickly. Platform is easy to use. i have done significant customization on one of my sites. That was easy to implement as well. You can't go wrong if you set up a website on BC!!!

1 Star as they have had an issue with…
1 Star as they have had an issue with code and wont give a deadline for repairs and will only say its being looked at. meanwhile we have a store down and are on the cusp of losing clients.

Good platform for basic functionality
Good platform for basic functionality, but unfortunately, very slow resolution on very fundamental issues (closing out Paypal payment shipments as "shipped", almost no Ebay/Amazon native integration for larger catalogs.

Very good experience over all . Great inbuilt features , all inclusive with them price I've paid. Good pricing a small business can afford .
