Check thoroughly before spending time and money

Many things that they advertise are either poorly done or rely on 3rd party apps you have to pay for. The stock shipping app is not useful for anyone who ships even a moderate amount and the paid apps they suggest are $200 a month. The QuickBooks online integration is not smooth and takes a lot of work to use. Inventory tracking is poor and requires work arounds. I love Big Commerce

I love Big Commerce. The platform is very easy to understand and there are many great features to help me with my small business. The reps at the help desk have always been on top of things if and when I had an issue. Highly recommend!

Very easy to use platform...but

Very easy to use platform, my only complaint is on-line chat/help BC being USA based and I am in Australia there is a massive time difference so to get issues resolved takes longer than I would ideally like. Email help is 10/10 but again the time delay sometimes isn't great when you have an on-line store
