your support sucks. I have four stores is big, person of thinking about switching them all out. Some your people are good but some of them are ignorant, arrogant, and useless. Always Helpful and Easy to Use

Our experience with Big Commerce was Great. It was easy to set up a website, use, change items and the instructions/help was very informative. I enjoyed the whole process. For our Business we needed to move to a more personalized website to handle all of our needs-Our reason for leaving. Thank you Big Commerce for Everything!

The hold time when you call customer…

The hold time when you call customer support help desk is not even a minute most of the time, the down time is almost zero, support is available 24/7 and most importantly all the support team mrmbers whom I had the chance to talk with have ample knowledge to answer all your questions and solve most all of it in one phone call.

Overpriced for what you get

They may be OK for a small T-shirt or jewelry mom-pop shop. Multiple warehouses, virtual products with physical option and inventory control? I think not. You should consider a platform that can adapt with your changing business, not one that forces you to adjust your business to suit their platform. Can't justify their pricing model either. Would not recommend.
