Add Sales Tax RATE to the BC invoice
Avalara Tax doesn't always have the correct Sales Tax for California. I had to check the Sales Tax rate that Avalara Tax charged for a sale in San Diego, CA and found that they were applying a tax rate 1% higher than the CDTFA states in their tax chart.I have asked several times for the sales tax RATE to be printed on the BC Invoice and always get told it is not important. Difficult to use and problems not being resolved
There is issue with my website layout I brought up years ago and it was never fixed.Its annoying having to constantly change passwords.Designing a regular page without products for sale is very difficult.Cant figure out how to get year end reports or spread sheets so have to add it up manually. Would not recommend.

Bad Support team.
Un punto bueno es que tiene un precio aceptable. Pero el punto más negativo es su soporte técnico. No existe soporte tecnico en español. Al personal le falta empatía. Su trabajo parece ser enviar copias de lo que existe en la página de ayuda de bigcommerce. No todo el mundo entiende los términos que usan en la página de Ayuda. Good stable platform that does its job well
Good stable offering. We've used it for 2 years and we're happy with it. However we'd love the if the following functionalities were to be integrated:1. Custom set prices in multiple currencies without using the inbuilt currency converter2. More apps on the app market.

we are happy with Big Commerce but as a…
we are happy with Big Commerce but as a small eCommerce users we still require some of the features only offered to Enterprise but are unable to afford these. Also changes to the product details means we need to fully set up all the scripting for these. In the past this was done as part of the set up and we could cut and paste details.
