Good overall as it is a nice platform.
Good overall as it is a nice platform.Challenge is you still need tech savvy staff for all these platforms because you need to buy plug ins to do functions needed for a business. Same goes for Shopify which we use too. They work about the same

I enjoy working with Big Commerce
I enjoy working with Big Commerce. It is easy to configure and the price is right for our requirements and the support I have found to be excellent.

Not worth it
Not worth it, got only few reviews in 6 months, there must be a way in which we should also know when they sent review email to customer so we can follow up.

BigCommerce has a fairly easy to use…
BigCommerce has a fairly easy to use interface. However when editing multiple items in multiple categories, it's very tedious. I've never used another platform like this, so I can't compare it to any of the other platforms out there. So far I'm pleased with BigCommerce.

I came from Shopify
I came from Shopify, Big Commerce is excellent and would have had a 5 star but the use of Big Commerce on Mobile is Futile. Big Commerce needs an app for Android.

Been on a few platforms and BigCommerce…
Been on a few platforms and BigCommerce has been the favorite when it comes to affordability, up time and customer service. My only wish would be for more creative templates and some less standard “cart” styles ones. They are getting better for sure but some added space on home page for creative content would put them at 5 stars and the best for sure!! I had to go with a 3rd party template which has had some challenges on things working right but had to make that trade for the creative - ...

Unresponsive to improvement requests
There is an important feature i would like to have in my webstore and I cannot even get anyone at BigCommerce to discuss it. They seem more worried about setting up obscure payment methods in Khazakhstan than in adding product tables.
