Stable platform and good tech support
I've been with BigCommerce for many years now and am very pleased. Their tech support is prompt, their platform is stable, their website and admin back end as a whole is very efficient and good value for money. I came from a WordPress cart, good God never again - don't touch them with a barge pole, so BigCommerce were a dream after that nightmare. BigCommerce is great
Can’t even explain how simple it is to setup your website and get going. Customer service is very responsive. They also have a ton of resources, including video tutorials, on their website. I would highly recommend using them to get your e-commerce store setup.

Big Commerce a nice platform
Big Commerce is a nice platform that puts everything at your fingertips. The only part that I am not fond of, is there are few free templates, and if you want another template the prices are high. I realize that they are a one time fee, but at the same time, it just seems they can either 1. reduce the price, OR 2. have more free choices.

Although our company has not used…
Although our company has not used BigCommerce to our fullest advantage, I feel that we could not have chosen a better website provider. BigCommerce is constantly upgrading and improving their services--adding new features while listening to their customers. I don't know how anybody could choose a different provider. A better one just isn't out there.
