Big Commerce is great in so many ways
Big Commerce is great in so many ways. Never any down time. I never have to worry about the store being hacked. It's easy to maintain, make updates, take inventory, export names and addresses, track packages, compare stats, and even enter orders that come by mail. I haven't yet taken full advantage to all that can be done but after 3 years since launching, I have never had a bad experience--even with support.

Great online support
We have been using Big Commerce for over 7 years now and love the functionality of it compared to other platforms. The online technical support is great too and we use this very often!

Big Commerce is the best E Commerce…
Big Commerce is the best E Commerce store I have come across. I have had to use the Online Chat on numerous occasions when I was setting up my store. This feature is amazing and they have always had the answer. Highly Recommend Big Commerce.

I signed up with Big Commerce about 4…not sticking around anymore
I signed up with Big Commerce about 4 years ago. I told them I shipped multiple item, and they said they were working on them at capability. They never did make it possible to get correct shipping rates by allowing multiple items. I am leaving big commerce because they later told me that they decide what to work on based on polpuplarity, as in the suggestion that gets the most likes or discussion. I Love the Big Commerce platform
I love the Big Commerce platform. it is easy to learn and has a lot of rich features for SEO, photos, description & featured products. It has multiple options for sizes, colors, categories, sub categories. There is mobile customization, advanced checkout options that increases sales, a coupon option, email list integration and much more!Also they are constantly adding more features and will always answer your calls.This has really helped our air freshener business grow online. Big Commerce is fine for most…
Big Commerce is fine for most applications. I find the app choice is limited but growing. Shopify is such a monster that most apps that are available there have not made their way to Big Commerce.
