What do you like best about BetterCloud? I love how easy it is to automate granular tasks for offboarding specifically. You can set it to reset a person's email password, revoke all access to that account, set a vacation responder, automatically start forwarding email to that person's manager, revoke access to all BetterCloud connected apps, and then set automated follow ups for 60 and 90 days to ask the manager if they want to delete that account or keep it active. What do you like best about BetterCloud? Our onboarding was very pleasant and Lisa Kraft was super helpful and friendly. Bettercloud is very useful to ensure all steps in a process/workflow have been actioned, and if the action fails or skips we can clean it up manually. All of this saves time and makes sure nothing is missed.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? The UI is better than the Google admin console. Things are easier to find, and things make more sense. I like the ability to create onboarding/offboarding workflows, to help automate the process. Onboarding/offboarding workflows help maintain a consistent standard. It does take time to set up, but it's worth it.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? BetterCloud provides auditing, management and governance for our user population and the data we are trying to protect. The new SAAS management capabilities are exactly what we need with the number of cloud-based applications our teams use.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? I like that BetterCloud connects to a wide variety of SaaS-based platforms and allows you to make them work together logically, which will enable you to automate and streamline entire processes. In addition to streamlining automated processes, it also allows you to standardize processes as well. So even if there's a manual component to do something, you'll at least know that the manual method is operating the same way every time.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? Normally I have to rely on GAM to do bulk and complex tasks. With BetterCloud I can work in an interface that's easier to deal with than the Google Admin pages for tasks I used to have to go to the command line to do. Even better, it has allowed me to migrate some tasks I had to do over to the helpdesk and other admins.

What do you like best about BetterCloud? BetterCloud takes away the error-prone nature of opening and closing of the company toolbox for employees entering and leaving in a structured and secure way. It also adds to the security of the IT check list by using searches to find taboo material, if social security numbers or credit cards are being types in messages across different applications used in the company.
