What do you like best about BetterCloud? BetterCloud solved a huge problem for us with onboarding and offboarding. As a 1-person IT team, I used to spend hours every week managing user provisioning. I now spend a fraction of that time. Additionally, being able to have insights into our users across the substantial number of platforms we utilize is a huge advantage!

What do you like best about BetterCloud? Firstly, I will say that organizations can stand on the quality of their support. BetterCloud is one of the more responsive, friendly, and helpful support teams I've engaged with in my career. That aside, if you take time and care to think about all the ways in which you can automate (and specifically how BetterCloud can support that automation), you will save yourself and your teams a LOT of time. What do you like best about BetterCloud? When we initially engaged with BetterCloud as a solution for DLP across multiple SAAS products - the support and engagement from the Implementation team were fantastic. They took the time to work through our use cases and understand the culture of our organisation to ensure we got things right. We had weekly meetings initially and then these moved to fortnightly. We were often kept updated in terms of the product roadmap.
