For years I've been bogged down by the bookkeeing tasks of running my business. Every year, around January, I'd be pulling my hair out trying to get ready for my taxes. It would take weeks, sometimes months to get everything together. I am many things but an accountant I am not!! Now with Bench.co, I don't have to waste time doing something that I'm really not good at. Instead I can focus on other areas of growin our business!!!

I highly recommend Bench to any start-up or small business. I have loved the ease of working with my accountant and being 100% organised when it comes to my business finances. My accountant Kawai is always professional, very fast and a pleasure to work with. The Bench system makes everything very easy and I can focus my time to where it's needed most. Since I have been using Bench my life has just been so much easier! The Bench Team takes care of all the little things, and makes sure my books and Accounting are up to speed. I just can not say enough on the service I have received. I'm fully into year one--technically year two as they took all my 2013 got it together for my accountant and kept 2014 in order! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bench!

When I read about the service Bench was offering, I immediately signed up as it was exactly what I wanted - affordable price for a professional accounting service. Dan Watson is the accountant overseeing my books and his response, pro-activity and cooperation is exemplary. Initially, I had a few minor issues like connectivity etc but it was soon sorted out and it has been a great experience ever since. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bench to anyone.

I have not had one complaint yet. I just send in 3 statements on the 1st of each month and its all done for me. What I liked most was last year in October 2013 I found Bench searching online, and they got me up to speed on the past 10 months of accounting I neglected, then continued to do my accounting every month after. You can't beat the price either. When I needed my taxes done all of the information from Bench was sent to my CPA. My bookkeeper at Bench actually consulted with my CPA ...

Hands free accounting. I'm a super fan!

My company has never had a ton of transactions so the work load was never huge for us to do our own bookkeeping. But even though the work was doable there was always the risk we'd do it the wrong way and it just took up too much head space!So now, instead of waiting 3 months to play the "bookkeeping catchup" game, Bench is keeping us up-to-date and fully informed.For the value I cannot recommend Bench enough.

Haven't had to open Quickbooks in three months.

Reconciling back and credit accounts once a month in Quickbooks sucked. It took easily an hour or more of my time every month. Now all the transactions go to Bench, and Carly (my Bench accountant) reviews and categorizes everything. Then I just look over the reports to make sure everything looks right, and I'm done. I deal with a real person (she replies in the app or by e-mail very quickly) who will answer my questions and make corrections/changes.
