Bench is vital for any entrepreneur

After 8 years running a small agency without a dedicated bookkeeper, finding Bench has been amazing. I'm no longer filing a tax extension every year, my accountants are amazed with the quality of the year end reports from my Bench accountant and my annual bill from the accountant is less than before since they're not fixing my work. I'm also able to see the financial health of my business in real time which is really helpful. I recommend Bench to everyone.

Bench is dope

I'm not smart enough to use Quickbooks on my own. But not rich enough to hire a bookkeeper at $50 bucks an hour. I've even tried hiring a bookkeeper on odesk (terrible idea). With Bench I like how I can upload receipts and they're attached directly to the expense. Previously I used to scan them and upload to Dropbox. So bench does it all in one.Also my P&L and Balance Sheet are front and center where they should be. In QB it's buried underneath tons of reports.I like how my bookkeeper ...

HUGE timesaver for me

I had Bench take over my bookkeeping, as I was previously doing it myself because I couldn't find a local bookkeeper or CPA who seemed to be able to handle my transaction volume. They just got confused and put all the work on me, so there was no reason to hire them.Bench has taken all the work off my shoulders, and they use modern UX to make it easy for me to send them documents by uploading. They learn transaction categories very quickly and have just been a dream. Thank you Bench!

Bench is a great tool for small business.

Everyone I have come into contact with has been amazing. Jennifer Keane steals the show. I was reluctant to sign up but after she talked me through everything, I felt much more comfortable. I love business but hate accounting. This product is perfect for me.

Fantastic Service For Small Businesses

After cycling through Quickbooks Online and several other browser-based, multi-access bookkeeping platforms with bad results, we found Bench and made the switch. So glad we did. Being able to seamlessly email receipts and upload bank statements 24/7 is amazing in terms of workflow and efficiency, as is being able to comment on specific transactions and ask questions. Great Service

Really awesome service that makes bookkeeping in 2015 really easy. Upload receipts by email, web based app to log into to see reports on a regular basis. Fairly prompt service. Only reason I didn't give a 5 is because occasionally reporting isn't as prompt as we would like. Generally it's right on par! It's made my life a million times easier.

I am so happy to have found Bench. Within 30 minutes, my entire business' bookkeeping is now automated and streamlined. The customer service has blown me away. Each person I talk to goes above and beyond. The user interface is simple and clean. This is a no-brainer for my small business. Hiring bench has and will save me so much of my own time so I can focus on what I do best and not have to worry about the backend of my expenses and income. They make it SO simple.

My former bookkeeper was charging me $300month and that fee was going to jump to $450mo. Ouch. This caused me to look elsewhere for service. Thankfully, I found Bench.co.
