You can relax with Bench
First time using this company and so far so good, very personable and professional. With a full automation program that makes my side easier to manage. We conference call monthly to run through the accounts and the information is on your desk top 24/7.I would recommend them.

Simple solution to a complicated problem.
Bench seems to be the most well thought-out online-based bookkeeping solution out there. By far, the most attractive feature of Bench is the inviting and clean user interface and very functional communication approach (in-"app" messaging and notes easily attributed to specific transactions). The stress of bookkeeping is finally off my back!
I learned about Bench at a time when I was trying hard to simplify my life. Financial chaos was consuming me, and the idea of getting monthly balance sheets and income statements was perfect. I always liked tools like Mint.com and Outright, but they were missing the personal relationship of having someone to translate the financial data for me. Bench has all the simplicity I've wanted, with the personal touch. I'm loving it.

Great idea, needs refining, but a great start.
The Bench idea is fantastic. The software is good, but needs work. So far, so good, but I hope they keep improving it.
